UNDENIABLE is the formation journey that closes that gap.

It is the driving force behind your ability to lead with integrity, stay true to your values, make courageous decisions, uphold your standards, stand your ground, and not lose yourself, no matter what challenges life throws at you.
Feminine power is the real reason why women are able to create extraordinary legacies, build brilliant bodies of work, make paradigm-shifting art, launch thriving businesses - for it surpasses strategy and breathes life into consistency and commitment.
And yet, many women have learned to suppress this power.
Some become “good girls”, making themselves accomplished but agreeable, highly capable but always careful not to be too much.
Others push, force and hustle their way towards success, accumulating accomplishments while becoming increasingly disconnected from themselves.
And some, tired of striving or convinced that a bigger life is not meant for them, let go of their ambition altogether.
Different adaptations, same outcome: a life that does not reflect the full measure of what is within you.
Eventually, you realize that these adaptive strategies have a cost. You are paying in your aliveness, fulfillment, and truth.
UNDENIABLE is a 4-month transformational program where you develop the ability to close the gap between the life you allow yourself to live and the life you know you are capable of.
And the way we do it is through strengthening and amplifying your inner authority - the ultimate core of feminine leadership that turns you into a force to be reckoned with, be that in business or in life.
No pretense, no masks, no “feminine goddess” or “boss babe” or “soft girl era” cosplay.
Just your pure undiluted innate power, set free.

What’s inside:
UNDENIABLE is a 4-month formation container designed to turn deep inner shifts into consequential movement.
Part group program, part mastermind, and part leadership and business accelerator, it brings together transformational work, strategic perspective, and implementation momentum.
What’s included in your participation:
Four months, with 3 group calls each month - every month, two calls will have a theme and training modules plus Q&A, and one call will be open coaching and mastermind style to support you with your individual goals and challenges (be that business, leadership or personal - nothing is off the table). All calls are 75-90 min long. There will be 12 calls total.
Assignments and inquiry prompts.
Bonus modules recorded and released in response to the needs of the group.
Private Telegram group space (open from Tuesday to Thursday) for peer exchange, connection, accountability, and laser coaching from Violetta.
We aim to start in early December, with a week off for Christmas (because we want to get those first breakthroughs and momentum going before 2027 begins!).
Call times and replays:
Group calls will take place on weekdays, generally around 3 pm Central European Time.
The specific days and dates will be agreed with the group once the founding cohort has formed.
Founding cohort bonus: this will be the only cohort that gets to keep access to all of the program material and call replays long-term (for as long as the program exists).

€1,997 pay in full (or 4 payments of €527 each)
An extended payment plan can be arranged upon request.
Refund and Payment policy:
There are no refunds for this program. Once you enroll, your payment is a commitment to the full experience, regardless of the extent to which you participate.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full amount. This is not a subscription you can cancel mid-way. Note that all prices are in euro.

Methodology: how formation happens
UNDENIABLE is built around four pillars: Essence, Permission, Posture and Expression.
Together, they take you from recognizing the power you hold to developing the authority to live, lead and create from it.
1 - ESSENCE
Beneath the roles you play, the expectations you have absorbed and the identities you have learned to perform, there is a woman with her own gifts, perspectives, principles, and purpose. Here, you reconnect with what makes you undeniably you, and with what you feel called to bring into the world. This is the inner work that sets the foundations for a personal brand (should you ever wish to have one).
Who are you really?
2 - PERMISSION
Knowing who you are is one thing. Giving yourself permission to be her is another. This is where you confront the “good girl” conditioning, approval-seeking and self-editing that have shaped how you move through the world. You begin to own your ambition, honour your convictions and stop making yourself more palatable at the expense of what is true for you.
How do you become free enough to be her?
3 - POSTURE
How do you actually live as her?This is where you change your relationship with your power, so that you can actually start operating differently. You develop the capacity to make consequential decisions, uphold your standards, set boundaries, tolerate being misunderstood and remain rooted in yourself under pressure. You stop treating your authority as something you occasionally access and begin holding it as a way of being. This is the real leadership development work.
4 - EXPRESSION
How do you bring her into the world?Your power is meant to be shared. It is meant to shape what you create, the work you pursue, the choices you make and the contribution you offer. Here, you translate your inner formation into tangible movement in your life: building, leading, writing, teaching, creating, taking the next risk and bringing your vision into reality.
This is how you become UNDENIABLE: by knowing who you are, giving yourself permission to be her, developing the authority to hold that position, and expressing it fully in the world.
After these four months, you will have developed the inner authority, gravitas, standards, and leadership identity to carry what has been entrusted to you.
You will have made meaningful progress on the vision, decision, or next chapter you have been circling, and begun to close the gap between the power you know is in you and the life you are actually living.
UNDENIABLE will equip you to stand behind what is true for you, be seen in the fullness of who you are, and act with devotion, integrity, and conviction.
Instead of performing confidence or waiting for permission, you will be building the capacity to live and lead from this new posture and make it your new normal.

About Violetta
I am a transformational coach and leadership mentor who has been in the personal development industry since 2011. I hold a PhD and a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, and I am a former Lead Trainer at an ICF-accredited coaching school, with over 10,000 hours of facilitation experience across four continents.
My genius is seeing the patterns underneath the problems. Where others might focus on the next move you cannot seem to make, I look at the deeper architecture driving your behaviour: the beliefs, adaptations and identities that shape how you operate. Trust me to dig out root causes and layers that not even your therapist of five years could spot, and then help you turn that insight into shifts that stay.
My approach brings together ontological coaching, psychological depth and a nuanced understanding of how identity, conditioning and lived experience shape our choices. My work is trauma-informed and reflective of neurodivergent perception of reality.
While my work is faith-based and aligned with Christian values, women of all spiritual backgrounds and worldviews are welcome here. You will be met with depth, intellectual rigour, and devotion to helping you become capable of living and leading from your own authority.

Women who come to this work are already highly self-aware. They have spent years in therapy, coaching, and personal development. They understand their history, can identify their limiting beliefs, and have accumulated plenty of insight. And yet, when it comes to the decisions, ambitions, boundaries, and work that matter most to them, deeper patterns can still be running the show.
This is where my particular approach comes in. Drawing on ontological coaching, my training in psychotherapy, and over 15 years of experience, I work with the underlying adaptations and identity structures that shape how you relate to yourself, exercise your authority, and move through the world. We work through four domains - Essence, Permission, Posture, and Expression -to help you move from understanding yourself to having the capacity to live and act differently.
The measure of this work is not simply how much you understand about yourself by the end of four months. It is what you become able to do with that understanding.

UNDENIABLE is designed to support your life, not add another demanding project to an already busy schedule. You will need to set aside time for our group calls, and I recommend allowing some additional space for the reflection and deepening assignments between sessions. In total, a couple of hours per week is a good baseline.
My intention is for you to leave every call with a meaningful shift, a new insight, or a breakthrough you can take straight into your life and work. The goal is to help you navigate your real-life challenges with greater clarity, authority, and conviction, with the support you need to turn what you are learning into action. This is not about giving you more to do. It is about changing how you approach what you are already doing.

UNDENIABLE is a group container with elements of personalized attention through “hot seat” coaching opportunities at calls and Q&A in our Telegram chat.
I am known for giving my group clients a great deal of individual attention, and UNDENIABLE will be no exception. Bring your questions, your challenges, and the real situations you are navigating. We will work with what is actually happening in your life and work, so you can translate the material into meaningful change.

Honestly, I do not know yet. The founding cohort will be the lowest investment UNDENIABLE will ever be available for, and I cannot say when the next round will open or what the investment will be then.
If you want to work with me in a group program, UNDENIABLE is the only group container I currently have available.
